Jactone Aerosol Fire Extinguishers receive new
BS 6165:2019+A1:2022 Kitemark
We are pleased to announce that following recent testing our Jactone Aerosol Range fire extinguishers have received Kitemark certification from BSI (British Standards Institute) to the new BS 6165 revision (BS 6165:2019+A1:2022).
This new certification to the latest revision of BS 6165:2019+A1:2022 continues Jactones commitment to providing quality products that have been thoroughly tested and approved by third-party certification bodies.
Our Aerosol fire extinguishers are ideally suited for domestic, leisure and automotive use on small fires. We offer three types of aerosol extinguisher: the ABF foam extinguisher is for kitchen, barbecue and cooking fires, and the ABC and BC powder extinguishers. Both powder extinguishers are ideally suited for cars, caravans, mobile homes and small boats.
As well as being Kitemark certified to the latest revision of BS 6165:2019+A1:2022, Jactone’s aerosol fire extinguishers are UK manufactured and require no formal maintenance.
ABF Cooking Fire Aerosol Fire Extinguisher
This A, B and F class fire-rated foam extinguisher is specifically for use on kitchen, barbecue and cooking fires. With an impressive 3A 13B 15F fire rating, the ABF cooking fire aerosol can extinguish deep fat fires up to 15 litres in capacity! The ABF cooking fire aerosol is just 29cm in height and comes with a mounting bracket. Kitemark certified to the new BS 6165:2019+A1:2022.
ABC Powder Aerosol Fire Extinguishers
For use on A, B and C class fires, the ABC powder aerosol extinguisher is ideal for use in environments containing multiple fire risks. The ABC powder aerosol is highly effective against wood, paper and textile fires. It is also highly effective against petrol and volatile liquid fires, making it ideal for the protection of vehicles, such as cars, caravans and watercraft. The ABC powder aerosol is just 29cm in height, available in red or silver, and comes with a mounting bracket. Kitemark certified to the new BS 6165:2019+A1:2022.
BC Powder Aerosol Fire Extinguishers
The BC powder aerosol fire extinguisher is for use on flammable liquid and flammable gas fires. Like the ABC powder aerosol, the BC powder aerosol is highly effective against petrol and volatile liquids, making it ideal for vehicle protection, such as cars, caravans and watercraft. The BC powder aerosol is available in two sizes and either red or silver, with a mounting bracket. Kitemark certified to the new BS 6165:2019+A1:2022.
Fire Extinguisher Pack
The Fire Extinguisher Safety Pack combines two of our Aerosol fire extinguishers, the ABC Powder and ABF Foam. The ABC Powder extinguisher can be used on wood, paper, textile, petrol, volatile liquid and electrical equipment fires. The ABF Foam cooking fire extinguisher is for use on cooking fires.
Fire Safety Pack
The Fire Safety Pack combines the ABC Powder Aerosol fire extinguisher and the Square Pack fire blanket. The ABC Powder fire extinguisher can be used on wood, paper, textile, petrol volatile liquid and electrical equipment fires. The 1.1m x 1.1m size Square Pack fire blanket is for use on cooking oil fires.
